Who This Is For
Partnership Models
Three flexible commercial models.
Pure Commission
No rent. The partner earns commission from successful employee, member or tenant orders.
Commission can continue for repeat orders as long as the customer remains employed by, or associated with, the partner organization.
Hybrid Model
Henry's pays a minimum daily rent plus commission on qualified sales.
Henry's can pay up to 5,000 THB minimum daily rent for one day, plus up to 15% commission on qualified sales, depending on location, audience and partnership model.
Pure Rent
A fixed daily rental model for partners who prefer simple guaranteed income without commission tracking.
Best for companies or spaces that prefer a fixed-fee arrangement.
